I love cheering my son as he walks past my house in the morning. I made him T-shirts and banners for the New Jersey speed walking finals. He is so determined, I don't see how he does it all especially with that wife of his dragging him down all the time. I mean she smokes like a chimney! How does he stay so fit?

I love watching movies where people run in slow motion. I watch them and I say "There's Alan! Go Alan!"
